Love how simple this platform is. The aesthetic is great! I notice on the Google Play Store version that font can be left justified. Is there a way to add that feature to the apple version? Looks like it’s just able to be center justified or fully justified at the moment.

(TLDR @ bottom!) I love, love this app! I’d been trying to find a writing app for a really long time. I stumbled upon PenCake and fell in love! 1. No ads! Like what?? 2. Easy to use 3. You can write for hours and hours 4. The free version gives you so much and you can work with it Thanks to PenCake, I’m actually writing and making progress. I’ve had the app for a while now, and finally got the premium. Personally, I wouldn’t pay 5.99 for an app, but here’s why I did. 1. One time payment 2. Unlimited stories 3. Night mode 4. More things to come, yay 5. And the biggest reason I did it: TO SUPPORT THE APP!! TLDR? I love this app. Free, easy to use, no ads. Premium gives you more writing chances, is a one time payment, and supports this awesome app. Thanks PenCake! ?

App is good and all but the sync has some issues since I use it on my iPhone and iPad Pro both on 12.4 latest update but it doesn’t sync everything or it hasn’t sync my latest writing.

Apostrophes. For some reason using an apostrophe forces a quadruple space that you can’t undo. I left an example of what it looks like in the subject line. It’s such a distraction in the app’s otherwise clean and streamlined presentation. Please please please fix this!

I don't know what it is about this app, but it's really calms me. I'm a story writer, and to prep my stories I write them on this app. Of course I don't have the premium, because I'm poor but j want to get it because I want to make more stories, but since I use the app to wrote stories I end up pasting it and reusing the story so it pretty good. And I like the swiping to next article to the next. I love the app over all.

I downloaded this for my work phone (Android) and immediately knew I had to get it on my iPhone. It’s so pretty. The UI take a little getting used to at first, but once you get the hang of it you’re good to go. There’s no lag, it’s not clunky. The app looks minimalistic but it’s not as bare bones as you might think. I truly hope the developers haven’t forgotten about this app. It has SO much potential, it almost reminds me of Day One. I’m a writer so I mostly use it for a couple general notes and notes on my stories/articles but if you wanted to this could def be used as a journal. I actually have a few suggestions if this app made another version tailored to writers like Popped where you can specifically write character lines. Anyway, I wrote this review because I know developers appreciate them and I hope this gives a little insight into the user experience for future developments! Like I said this app could go so far but it’s very, very nice as it is now. I look forward to continuing to use it plus seeing new features! ?
