there have been MANY instances where streamers have not gotten paid for weeks and sometimes months. and the customer support always gives some generic excuse for it. save your self the trouble and avoid this app. buncha shady scumbags that will take your money and run

They get on you for every little thing that you do and then now I’ve been waiting over a week for my money to hit my card They seem to have some sap of a glitch in their system that they have been supposedly working on me and my family is hungry and they’re holding my money

This will be as honest a review you will get. I have been on this app for 1 year. This is a great app to make money. Here are some important things to know: 1. You will have to follow by their guidelines which are no stricter than other apps you will cam on. If you break the rules, they give you more than enough warnings before they ban you. It will cost $20 to reinstate your account. Follow the rules and you will be fine. 2. Sometimes when too many people give hearts at once it freezes the broadcast. This is annoying because if you have 100+ people watching you, it kills the broadcast. This is not an internet issue because I have 88mbps download and 93mbps upload broadband speeds. Which are considered pretty fast. 3. You are paid based on your rating. So the higher your rating the less they will take from you as the platform fee. 4. Most importantly is payout... this is the most tedious part of the app. They are notorious for delaying payments. When you ask them what’s going on it’s a copy and pasted response. This is an on going issue (current issue even today) very rarely have I been paid within what they call the payout period. They don’t send out newsletters to tell you they are having issues with deposits. which makes us all feel they are hiding something or trying to keep our money. With that said, No matter how long it takes (sometimes months) I have been paid every single penny I’ve withdrawn. Bottom line, don’t rely on this app as a main source of income because of the delays and payout issues you never know when u will get paid. just know that you WILL get paid.... If you’re any good at this kinda thing you will get paid A LOT ;)

They don’t have a problem giving you the run around once it comes to payments. Please file a complaint to the BBB about this if you are experiencing the same. This company is crooked! Will change review if i’m paid promptly!

I’ve been streaming on this app for a few weeks now and have had a lot of success. However, there are SEVERAL bugs that drive me crazy. Such as the messages that come through are in no sensible or organized order, your most recent messages could be anywhere on the list of people that message you. Also, i feel that we should be able to limit who can message us in some way, as with 8K followers i get far too many messages to weed through. This is probably the most annoying. Also, the app itself is about a day behind what is showed on the website in terms of followers or money earned. Also, it would be incredibly helpful if they were more accurate and specific on which videos were purchased and by whom. This app has lots of potential but there are lots of bugs. At one point nobody could tip me, and the app freezes a lot. There are many improvements to be made but all in all the app has great potential.
