The app is great for capturing all my movement throughout the day. I am mostly sedentary because of my job, but the app helps to to get me up and moving enough during to day to meet healthful goals I’ve set for myself. The app also allows for wheelchair movement tracking. As a disabled person, I sometimes use a chair for greater distances, and the app also accurately tracks me there too. The app is simple and straight forward and easy to use. Great job for well done to the developers.

Perfect app to track steps, flights of stairs and miles

I used to love this app until I upgraded my phone and watch. For several days I have walked around my block and the adjacent park twice and went to a super Walmart to shop or Target or a mall. At the end of the day when I check my steps, it barely says 1300 and no stairs. I go up and down the stairs in my home (2 sets of 10) at least twice daily and my house is 4000 square feet. Go figure. Never had this challenge before. Somehow it’s not syncing properly with my Watch

I love this app. Before this app I was just walking, without goals, without purpose. But now to actually see my progress. Has really motivated me to walk more and more each day. My goal is to lower my cholesterol and come off of cholesterol medicine by the end of the year!
