For all those who can't get it it work

For all those who says it doesn't work you have to scan THE WHOLE PAGE not just the icon and it works, yes it should be more clear on the app if you should have to scan the whole page but it does indeed work.

At first I scanned her homework pages but then scanned teaching pages with the icons. Content is never found. I have done this several times. Just doesn't work. I would expect more from Pearson. I especially needed it yesterday when she missed school for a funeral.

This was close to useless, because the guy on the screen wouldn't talk out loud! My daughter and I agreed that if we could read lips it might be useful. But we can't. Is there a fix coming for this????!! Frustration was already high when we decided to try this. Having to struggle with this made it worse - help appeared to be close but still so far. Please fix asap!
