Frustrations with this app

I have been playing the free version of this app for over a year now. My first frustration with the free version is commercials between EVERY game are annoying but if you log out of the app after each game you can play without being forced to watch a video. My second frustration is that my daily streak has been destroyed on days I DID play and it zips me back to zero days. That really ticks me off. I started using Luminosity. I only have to play 3 games a day and you can replay your daily games as many times as you want. I have enjoyed bumping my PEAK score and watching my numbers go up but I just got bumped back to day one. There are no “freeze streaks” to protect you daily streak

My Dad loved puzzles, I love them now. At 55, I like to keep mind engaged and thinking. Nice variety of games, I only wish they would have more coordination themed games.

I have crippled hands and cannot play one of the coordination games but I have no way to contact the developers and tell them or seek a modification. This impairs my ability to progress overall since there are only two coordination games.

I really thought this app was free, but as usual you play a trial but to really play it want a subscription. I have declined the pro version every time it asked. But it has continually tried to charge my account over and over again$34?? My bank called me I have to cancel my card attached to my phone so this app will stop trying to charge me. As neat as the games are mostly because I love puzzles I am truly disappointed. So I will be deleting the app. If my bank hadn’t called me and flagged these charges who knows how much money they would have gotten. Be carful what apps you download because this one cost. Just stupid.

Word games

This is BOMB

The only games in this app that give me trouble are the word games. Depending on the game, it takes certain two letter combinations as words when they aren’t words in the English language, so that I can’t continue to make the word I was trying to make. It will take combinations like AE by itself, or TE, or AI. I’m losing points because it’ll get rid of those letters while I was in the middle of trying to spell something, realized that I was selecting the letters in the wrong order, and then when I let go the game took those two letters and either locks the letters in place or removes them, depending on the game. There are other games as well that include words in languages that I don’t speak. I feel like it was maybe the luggage game, or a different one, but it was including words in Spanish that I never would’ve known because I do not speak Spanish, even though my selected language is English. Or the word games will use proper nouns like the titles of cities that I’ve never heard of, and I don’t think that should be part of a language game because that’s not strengthening my vocabulary, that’s strengthening my knowledge of geography and locations. I think geography based games the test your knowledge of the world are good, but I think they should be their own category, and not part of a comprehension-based category of games.

Change Games

You should be allowed to change games whenever you like not just at the start. I can’t figure out some of the games and then that lowers my scores.

Bug!: Earth Defense

I love the game and love knocking off objectives but no matter how many times I play Earth Defense I can’t achieve the 5 near-misses in 2 games objective. I understand what a near-miss is and I count well over 5 each time I play it but it never counts it. Please fix
