I waited an hour for a HUGE pdf to be converted but the quality of the formatting upon completion was phenomenal. This app is worth GOLD.
Started crashing after I paid for instant conversion

I upgraded the basic free version to the instant conversion package. Since then, the app crashes when I pick a file to convert.
A must have app for anyone and everyone!

Free version is awesome... you just have to wait about 90 minutes for the conversion. I’ve used it enough now that I’m going to splurge and get the instant paid version, which is definitely worth the couple of bucks investment.
This app doesn’t work

I paid $10 for this app and every time I try and upload a pdf to convert to word, it fails and says it can’t upload. I’d like a refund.

Converts documents to literally nothing. Squiggly lines notwithstanding. If you don’t have the time to wait up to 90 minutes (I didn’t), you can pay $9.99 for a more speedy version. DON’T! I’m completely annoyed that I paid for this junk!
