Purchased but no response

I purchased this app and was charged. It keeps prompting me to purchase. Developer will not respond. I want to know how to get a refund.

Tried to combine 3 image files into 1 PDF. No go. It was only showing 1 file. 15 min later, I’m giving up. Somethings broken. I want a refund!

Not worth the space. App can’t stay open for more than 5 minutes. Every 5 minutes it crashes without saving your work.

I have this on my iPad Pro with iOS 14. I paid the 4 bucks for the pro version. It doesn’t work well. Can’t open the photos, the wheel just spins and spins. Doesn’t have a user friendly interface. Oh, and every time I open it I have to reinitialize the pro version or else it is full of ads. I wanted it to work so much but you can’t win all the time.
Don’t buy the lifetime version

Bought the lifetime version because I need to constantly turn pictures into PDFs and send them (with the free version there is a limit on how many you can send). About 3 months later it’s asking me to buy the lifetime version again even though I already bought it.
What did I just pay for!?

If you pay for this you’ll be sorry you did. It will not load your files and it crashes. I deleted it after trying to make it work for a whole day. Go get PDF expert if you want something that works, this is a rip off.
