Loading problems

This app needs some work. The games are fun but unfortunately the only time I get to play is to get the boost. The live game never loads for me. So if your thinking about downloading this let me give you a run down. There are 3 live games a day. Before each live game you can play a warm up type round to earn a boost. The boost is used in the live game. That’s it. That’s all the game time you get. 3 boost warm ups and 3 live games. That is if you can get the live game to load fast enough to get you into the game. Good luck

Terrible! Seriously your trying to tell me one person can win instead of multiple people and it being split up like other games? Absolute garbage unless you are so quick and know the answers ahead of time, no time to think. They literally set you up to fail! Absolute waste of time!
It’s a good app, but the loading times make it unplayable

Even if I start the app 5 minutes before the game starts I still won’t be able to get in. Now you will guys will probably respond with the “we are currently trying to fix the loading times that a small percentage of our players are facing”. Everyone I know that plays this game is having the same glitch

I downloaded this last week and thought “Hey this seems fun, and I could win some money!” Quickly, though, I found the catch. One game I was doing really well through 8 questions, then the 9th never loaded the image, making it a 25% chance to get it right. Now, the last several games the load time takes long enough that I miss the first question, it just goes straight to the 2nd. This game that just ended, I made sure to get in super early, as soon as the 5 minute countdown started. It still skipped question 1 and went straight to question 2.

I’m not sure how this app managed to get 4/5 stars, it’s horrible. Not only is it always crashing, its also not very fun. This is a big step down from the old app. I enjoyed the old app better it had more to do and was very convenient for mobile players. If you want people to be happy with the games and sweeps experience then please bring the old app back. I’ve been asking what happened to the old app for months and have gotten no answer.

Images won’t load

This is a fantastic game but I’m often robbed of points because the images or gifs won’t load and it’ll just show the background of the game, this issue has occurred several times during LIVE events and also during boost games.
