30 second ads after EVERY game, WHICH BTW you won't win money. Most that use their time, me a single mommy, laid off from a medical job twice in one year, DESPERATE for hope/help/a light..I've sacrificed while interviewing also, doing surveys trying to find anything (I'm the first in my family to graduate college I have no family,) my little girl home on Christmas break..shame on you for not respecting or valuing our time. It makes us feel pathetic, stupid and hopeless. Our time with our loved ones during such hard times is all we have, at least respect or value that. I've never been rich, but now I'm worried I'll end up homeless and I resorted to the one name I though MAYBE I'd take a chance at fate/hope. I didn't or don't just expect to win, I understand I'm not the only person on here or going through tough times, BUT with PCH..I at least expected a more professional presence online; one that respected those in search of hope (s) time. You can't get that back, and being on here means many of us need hope, we're on the brink of homeless, have college degrees, things out of our control. Please PCH, take your place as a respectable/professional SWEEPSTAKES SITE. You blend in with the others now. I've googled is PCH a scam so many times now trying to figure out if there were impersonating sites due to my initial impression. I don't write reviews, but I felt so pathetic waiting after waiting on 30 second ads. What has my life came to. Thank you.

I've been playing the PCH app for a while, so I decided to download this one. It's HORRIBLE. It glitches, freezes, and crashes EVERY TIME I PLAY IT. I've NEVER been able to play the more than 3 Keno cards, because the time restriction is not long enough when the app constantly crashes every game. I'm deleting this app. It's horrible and needs some major work.

90% ads 10% "play". Crashes average of fifteen times while finishing the daily games. Fix your bugs, is your company broke or what?
Optimization for iPhone X and too many ads....

Out of the 9 games within the PCH Lotto app (current version 3.2.2645), the games aren’t optimized correctly for my iPhone X. My iPhone X is updated to iOS 11.2.2. The games in question seem to be like over optimized and do not allow me to close them out after playing 10 rounds to return to the Power Match that’s only available after playing 10 rounds of the other 9 games within the app. The 3 games in question are: • Set For Life • Bingo Bucks • Tic-Tac-Go The other 6 games within at the moment are optimized correctly and allows me to click on the x to close out the game in able to play the $10K PowerMatch round since it does not return to the PowerMatch automatically. Also, these long ads between each individual games makes playing all these games almost 2 hours sometimes. That’s if I don’t give up and quit. Please at least optimize the app correctly and tone it down on the ads.

If this is the best you can do then you should shut your doors and go to flipping burgers. Read what people have said, and listen or don’t bother putting it out there.

I am getting very frustrated by the fact that it takes me over an hour to complete all my cards. If we had less ads it would help also. Am I only one that once a set of cards is complete, it does not mark them as done? This needs fixes ASAP.

The same 2 keno players keeps Winning for months on the app version.because they are cheating.have anyone notice the winners always Rebecca M.and mickeal A.pch knows about ,but they don't do anything about it.because others players called them about this issue.so if any pch keno app player been playing for months and never seems to win no matter how hard they play,well the reason because they r cheating.and the 2 players need to be suspended from playing.

The same 2 pchkeno app players keeps winning for months,because they are cheating.rebecca M.,and mickeal A. .pch know something is strange,how can the same two players win every day for months.no others players get a chance to win,because even if a player try to win here come one of the two cheaters.i have seen a player play fair all night in was at the top of the pchkeno leaderboard and that morning Rebecca M ,comes from way behind in minutes and passed the player that was in front.there is no way this is possible.it happen all the time for months.and pch does nothing about it.everyone knows that they are cheaters.they are cheating by downloading the same apps twice or many times on their devices.thats not fair to the others players.no one else never wins just those two.they need to be suspended soon.pch. Need to look into this because there’s no way that those 2 peoples are the only ones that been winning for month the same two names every day.just sad how people’s don’t play fair.
