Great app and easy to use

Like the way you guys of been fixing the bugs that came up so quickly. It's a nice fast quick useful app. The only thing I'd like to see more of or more offers from shoppers drug Mart which is where I usually shop
Signing in all of the time is very annoying

I honestly preferred the previous program, before the merging of the two points programs. Much fewer offers in both Shoppers and the Superstore. I’ve been shopping in other stores because the incentive just isn’t really there to buy my groceries there anymore. Disappointing

Sadly Disappointed: The prior problem still remains, I have deleted and reinstalled the app after receiving a message from the developer advising that the problem has been solved and the case has been close, NOT SO THE ISSUE REMAINS THE SAME. And now when I log in through a browser through my pointless have disappear. PLEASE FIX IT. Sadly Disappointing: The new App does not work at all, it gives me message when trying to sign in (“our apologist an unknown error has occurred”) I have deleted and reinstalled the app at least 5-10 times, to no avail. I have log in through several internet browsers with out a problem, so my log in info is not the problem. Please fix it.

NOT happy with this company or this app. Upon loading my points to new optimum card 114,000 of them disappeared from PC card. Two months and hours on the phone later...NOTHING DONE TO HELP.

The new app is getting better. It still needs improvements, however, if it is be as good as PCPlus was. I miss the ability to automatically load offers by refreshing the screen. Separate loading of each offer is absurd (and took two weeks for this regular user to discover). And why cannot “Loaded” be the heading on the second tab instead of “List”? That is a key source of misunderstanding I also truly miss the ability to see transactions, e.g., when credit card activity causes my points to change without a purchase transaction. And requesting an adjustment when points fail to credit is far more difficult than it was before. Keep working on it, folks.

The pcoptimum Card in the wallet although it allows easy scanning at the store it does not give automatic points update so you never know how points you actually have. You must open the PC app to get an accurate balance. Very annoying.

Points only get credited a fraction of the time. You have to manually enter missing transactions, and those only get credited half the time, others are not responded to. I tried shopping based on these offers for several months but you don’t get the advertised benefits. Pretty bad ap.

Not able to set up my account. Spent way too long attempting with all sorts of failure, Errors, etc. Suggestion: Fix it up ASAP and let me know when it’s up.
