Love this service!

It is so wonderful to shop from home and then drive to the store and have my car loaded. The baby and toddler can then make it through all our errands. I wish I knew of this service sooner. I’ve been using it for 5 months now and have been SO pleased with it.

Wonderful and Convenient Service

My husband and I have mobility and health problems and he can’t drive, so shopping is difficult. I normally make a list and arrange for our adult grandson to do the shopping, but it’s often difficult to arrange a time. I was ecstatic when this service opened up in our town. I was a bit leery about trusting someone else to choose my meats, fruits and vegetables, but everything was as ordered and in first rate condition. This is only the second time I’ve placed an order, but it is a wonderful service. I can sit at home and choose what I want without having to stand while comparing prices or looking for stuff. I have already found that when I am browsing, I am reminded of things I need but forgot to put on my list. I did consider using the delivery service but it is run by a third party vendor and the grocery prices were higher, so I will stick with pickup. The app itself works very well and it is simple to use. Mine crashed a couple of times because I was playing around with it and was on it for a couple of hours, adding things once in a while, and then changing my mind about quantities. However, the app picked up right where it left off. Whew! Nothing worse than having to go back to the very beginning when an app crashes. It was simple to make changes and in the final tally, one has the opportunity to remove items easily if one has overspent the budget. This app and service is a blessing for the elderly, those with mobility problems, and for those who are pressed for time because of work and family demands.

“You’d butter try another time”. App is useless. Has bee returning error messages full of puns. How about making an app that actually will open and function as it is supposed to? Don’t bother downloading as it is a waste of time. The app will not open without error messages.

Please ensure that your delivery folks wear latex gloves during the selection of the food and during delivery. Thank you. Some local deliverers even wear masks.


End to end workflow needs to be automated

Ended up waiting 30+ mins in the parking lot for a convenience of online order pick up because the person answering the phone wrote my name down wrong. Workers putting food in the cars aren’t practicing basic sanitary techniques like wearing masks and gloves. Table stakes during a pandemic.


Worked Once and then Crashed

We used this once, more or less successfully. Several items were shorted and when we tried to make a second order the available time slot was 10 days. That spot was subsequently deleted by the system and has continuously crashed since. Three seniors in this household are finding the length of time between deliveries and the lack of feedback re items that can’t be supplied is not acceptable.


Worked once, then time slots keep resetting

We were able to pick up groceries once, but they only gave us part of the order at pick up; they also charged us for coffee but we didn't receive it. Since then, the app keeps deleting our requested time slot (6-7 times now). Given how busy it is, we cannot request another slot closer than 2-weeks; customer service has not responded to my inquiry. Hopefully that gets resolved because this is a very valuable service in these strange times.
