Multiplayer issue

Just found an issue where the opponent went first and was losing, as they finished their last frame, they left the game and the pop up appeared stating, I timed out and the game of record will be a forfeit by me. As a former software tester, this outcome is a defect.
Still Crashing

Not fun anymore it’s been month 1/2 and no update still crashing a lot. This game is crashing every time I play now what the frack is going on

Problems with software, at least 20 flaws. Rigged games and/or algorithm. Disingenuous company that does not know it’s software and does not fix reported problems !! I would have given zero stars if that was an option
Too many adds

I bought the game to stop the ads. But every time I finish a game low and behold I have a 30-40 second ad. Very frustrating. I enjoy this game.
