Slow to pay but quick on chargebacks

Terrible process on charge-backs. Long processing time. Ridiculously low tolerance on customer chargebacks despite having favored with vendor after issues had been settled. I would not recommend any service company to use them. OUR risk as contractor in accepting credit cards is high as a contractor. Payzer does little to support vendor and will escalate the process of chargeback and doesn’t even give you the full 30 days to respond, they quickly seize your company’s liquid to satisfy the bank.

Will sign you off constantly. Freeze up on multiple screens making you rewrite entire invoices. Have the most updated version and way too many bugs. Disappointed to say the least.

Needs a lot of work overall software including app is Glitchy! And there are a bunch of little flaws that make it hard to use! And sometimes slow! Doesn’t save information all the time screws up numbers And add information where it doesn’t belong. If I did not see the potential I would’ve given it one star!

This app has too many bugs and glitches since the recent update, not the best app out there, I’ve experienced the app freezing up and issues where I have to keep restarting my IPad just to get the app to function correctly.
