Note: Payroll Time Entry uses GPS to record the location of the time entry. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
I have been using this for about 6 weeks and it is not very good. There is no way to get a summary of each persons time for the week in the app. If you are putting time on different jobs it is easy to allocate time incorrectly. You basically need to write it down on paper then very carefully and deliberately input the time into the app. Not a time saver. Without a summary page by person It’s to easy to make mistakes.
Remember that you must have Spectrum by Dexter & Chaney for this app to be meaningful. Works great and us straight forward to use!!
This app is great for Field Time Entry. To run this app you do need Spectrum an ERP system from Dexter & Chaney, and be a registered Spectrum Mobile user.
