How does a modern day app not have a remember me feature for logging in. Every few time you open the app you have to completely login again. No remember my user name or auto login and no touch id login. App is fine otherwise but this is a CRITICAL missing feature that makes it pretty unacceptable. The service of the app works well though, this review is geared toward this missing feature especially in a finance app, touch Id is a necessity!
Definitely fraudulent like - no info email number nothing working, extra funds being taken out no explanation. Disputing, illegal terms for subscription company as well
After my initial search, I thought I found a service that would work well to pay my subcontractors. I went to their website and 'signed up' only to find out it would take 1-3 days to hear back!? So, I waited, only 1 day, and received a reply that I was too small of a company to have an account with them and was denied. I don't really have a problem with that, but why not be up front? Why not have it be automated that if I had less than their ideal number, that I'm not the right fit (1 to 5 subcontractors)... If I had known they only worked with larger companies, I wouldn't have bothered and would have moved onto another service. Instead, after I 'signed up', I continued to do research on Payable to make sure it will work for my needs. I was excited to get set up, only to be denied a day later. Anyway, to be honest, I never got to use their service, but was disappointed with how they handled new sign ups and wouldn't use them going forward. I'll find a better option.
The app works fine, but I have to completely type in my email and password every time I open it. They need to implement some sort of auto-login or Touch ID login system to make it easier.
Will this app ever load omg as soon as i press already a user it never loads update please
Really hoping you guys are bringing an update soon. After 2-3 years of using the app and being satisfied I’m afraid I may need to look for another service. Over the last couple months I now have to log in every time I open the app. The big thing for me all along was how quick and easy the app was to use. To make matters worse, about 25% of the time I get booted while using the app just to have to log in again. Like I said, I’ve been really happy for years with this app and service but It still needs some work. Any plans for an update to fix these bug issues?
Great for tracking income but needs an update to allow for automatic login with thumbprint or other secure method. The fact I have to enter my email and password every time, makes this no better than web based pages- at least on the pc I can have norton remember and autofill my credentials- so technically this is worse than web based pages. Apps are supposed to make life easier while on the go.
My issues with it, started from day one. I input my bank number into the info and it constantly rejected the number, so I had to call my bank to get the whole number to use because its so picky. My main issue up to date is that the processing to even get the money is VERY long. I have to wait a week for it to process and almost another whole week just to have it put into my account.
