How to get OFFICIAL records through Pawprint:
If you'd like us to help you get their official, verified medical records from your veterinarian, just follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your pet's profile page (go to your pet's timeline, then click "more about me"
2. Submit a request by clicking "update" at the bottom of the page in the medical records section - you will be prompted to pick your vet or enter a new one
That's it! The Pawprint team will then contact your vet for an official copy of your records. You'll get a notification when the records are loaded onto your app and then you'll have a digital copy of the records for any emergency or to share with a service provider.

I give it a star because I like the idea of this app however: 1) it doesn’t list any vets in my city (I live in a very populated city). I keep getting vets either in the midwest or in Canada. 2) I tried sending my pet’s vaccination records (twice) via the app and the office received a blank email with no attachments both times.

I previously used PetDesk, but was not happy that if a veterinarian didn’t use the platform, I couldn’t upload vaccination records into the app. With Pawprint I can do exactly that. This app has allowed me to keep all of my animals’ documents in one place. When I upload the rabies certificate for example, and then share the medical record - that document gets shared with whomever I like (groomer, new vet, doggie day care, etc). Thanks Pawprint!

Easy to add dog info for multiple pets without having to buy anything extra. No vet info needed to input but can easily put in your own info( ie you do your own vaccinations or foster dogs to help keep track). 2 suggestions 1 make a graph option and filter the weights to see comparable progress for one dog or all dogs. 2 Allow color coding to easily navigate the dogs profiles besides just by their names.

As of today the app won’t load. I have two dogs vet records for several years on this app and now I cannot access it. Please update and fix the app. A lot of time and effort and energy has been spent in loading all of the information on this at the last several years

For the first several weeks I used this app, I absolutely loved it! I had taken photos and uploaded all of my puppy’s vet records from when we got him through current day and I was using it to track his vaccines as well. I couldn’t have asked for more! However, today I have completely lost all access to the app. I cannot log in, cannot click “Continue” at all. In addition, the reset password link does not work and the developer site won’t load. Is it just me?
