Fail x 10

App is all sizzle no steak

Came here for help finding lost pets after the #campfire disaster. App completely choked when I needed it most. You had one job.

No response from location or help emails

Twilly76

I needed the location on my post changed. I sent several emails with no response. Thank goodness good old foot work was able to find my dogs.

Good Ideal for an app

TNT J 1987

This app is based in a good ideal; however to place a pin or feature a pet is too expensive and I find it takes advantage of the emotional state of the people who just lost their pets. 30.00 for 2 days is unfair pricing, 100.00 for a week is unfair pricing. If the goal of the app is to really help people and the pets they love, then it needs to be more affordable. It also needs to be known so more people have the app.

NEED TO FIX APP & STOP CHARGING OUTRAGEOUS FEES TO DISTRAUGHT PET OWNERS

ReneP4PUNKWalafushnickenajwa

I’m having a hard time determining if this app is good or not. The few times I have lost my dog, in a panick I google “Lost Dogs” so I can report him lost. Mind you, I’m doing this all while driving around or walking around looking for my dog. PawBoost is usually the 1st to pop up on google because of their Ad. So I click on their link, forgetting all the problems I have had with them in the past, and I follow the prompts & write up a LOST DOG notice. 1st off, its confusing & makes you enter your email & passcode multiple times along with writing up an ad multiple times. Then I’m not even sure IF my add was posted because I refuse to pay the fees for the packages they attempt to sell you for different levels of Lost dog notifications. There is no other option but to purchase one of these packages so I move on to another website that actually helps me find my lost dog thinking that no ad was posted anywhere from PawBoost because i did not buy a package. On another occasion, when I find a dog & attempt to post an ad on PawBoost it’s confusing & they try to charge me outraged fees just for posting that I have found a dog. I refuse to pay for them to notify people that I have found a dog and then I start getting calls from people in Virginia asking me if I might have their lost dog. Now when I attempted to write up a post for finding a dog there was nowhere for me to indicate where I was located and no prompts to include that info so I figured the app could just tell where I was located like other apps. I did not even think an ad was made because I did not pay for a package but I guess they did post on Facebook. When I went back into the app to fix the location I could not find my Lost dog ad/ notice anywhere therefore could not fix the location or notify that I had already found the dogs owners. So I continue to get calls from Virginia. Now the most disturbing thing to me is the outrages fees they try to charge you with for simply posting a lost dog notice on social media sites and, depending on which package you purchase, printing up some flyers and sending out a mass email to people like me who agree to be on the list of people to be notified of lost animals in their area. I don’t get paid to be on that list nor does any1 else I’m guessing so sounds to me like PawBoost is charging this money & people like me are out their looking for these lost pets or simply keeping an eye out for them after being notified of a lost animal in my area. Why is PawBoost charging for this? At a time when people are distraught & frantically looking for their lost pet. I think it’s wrong.

I love this app ?

JoMonteo

I was able to found my dog three days after she was reported lost. Thank god for this app, a Good Samaritan found her and posted pictures of her. I didn’t know this app existed until I lost my dog and absolutely love it. I will recommend it to everyone I know!

Add filter for breed please ?

Traceyfll

It would be so much easier to use your spans website if you could add a filter for breed of dog. Thank you

Two of my ferrets got out in October 2017. A blaze female born 2016, and a Siamese male born 2017. If you know anyone who found/rescued ferrets the right age and color let me know (702)609-3419 they’re family I miss them.

Worth EVERYTHING

I lost my cat up in Orange County and I live in Tijuana Mexico. I’m from Los Angeles, so I travel up and Yolo my cat goes with me. He sometimes wanders outside the houses we stay in, but always comes back. This past October he didn’t come back. We used this app and 3 months later YOLO’S BACK HOME. Thank you so much PawBoost.
