Gotten stale. Did gameloft abandon Pastry Paradise?

I used to be an avid player, at least once a day. I played through the levels until I reached the end of the map, where it says "new levels coming soon"...guess what? It's been OVER A YEAR and a half AGO and it STILL says that! The story was left "to be continued"...will it ever?!? The challenges have just been reduced to the same single one over and over, I'm yawning just thinking about it! The loyalty card is a scam, it keeps resetting back to the beginning before I can even complete all the punches despite visiting around the same time each day. I asked cust.svc. to address these concerns and IF I EVEN GET an answer, it's "please be patient". Every time I ask about the loyalty card issue they ask for a screenshot, I send it, and never hear back..seems like they're stalling at this point...uh...GameLoft: you DO realize the million other options I could be playing instead, right? Do you even care? There hasn't been an update to this game for several months. It seems like they just abandoned this project. Why stick around if it's no longer worth it? Meanwhile, I have left Pastry Paradise and moved on to Cookie Jam, THEY know how to keep a game interesting! A brand new "world" practically every month, more bonuses and challenges ??

I love the diagonal switching! It really throws my mind for a loop since I'm so used to matching sideways and up and down. I also love the multiplayer! I just wish more people would play! I've never seen either on any match 3 game. I just wish there was a way to pay extra to get rid of the ads!!! They're so annoying!

This game is AMAZING I'm glad I found it I had it while ago and I switched phones and forgot to download it again. It's so fun like if you like Candy Crush then you'll love this game the game is awesome love!

Fun but too many ads and no way to get the tokens you really want to use other than watching repetitive ads again and again, at least they're short

Developer promised more levels but it's been over 1yr since I beat the game and still nothing. The diagonal matching is what makes pastry paradise a step above the rest. Beautiful colors and animation. Personally I don't like the "hot pastry" levels and the "timed" levels. Though I managed to pass them, when I replay it just for "fun"- those are the types of levels I avoid. A little bit of challenge is okay but I also play to feel relaxed, semi-preoccupied and to feel accomplished.
