My first audio book app ...

But won't be my last. Afraid u have to seek out another because I just discovered it doesn't start reading where I left last when I close the app. Seems like a no brained in an audio book app, but there's not even a bookmark feature. Simplicity is great, but it needs one more feature.
Best stand alone player-needs work

This is the best stand-alone player for audiobooks. It is easy to use, but has one major flaw- no way to skip to the next or previous chapters. It has a jump to time feature which is fine if you actually know which minute and hour you are on (almost never). It also has a pretty useless forward 15 sec/ backward 15 sec feature. All of this make for a frustrating experience if the app crashes and you lose your place, causing you to re-open the book and guess the exact time where left off then skip around 15 seconds at a time until you hear something familiar. Still after all these flaws it is better than any other audiobook player out there.

It's just a front-end to the built-in player, not a separate player. If you pause playback of an audiobook, switch to the built-in player, start playing a song, pause the song, switch back to this app, continue playback of your audiobook, you'll hear the song you previously paused.

Great basic idea.... But it doesn't remember how far you've come?? Doing that is almost the definition of an audiobook player!

Works great for me, I'm a daily audio book listener and have had no problems in the couple weeks I've been using this app. Played around with it quite abit to get used to interface, very happy with it.
Won't hold place

I've used this app successfully for quite a while, but lately it will not hold my place in a book if I switch books or activities on my IPOD. Not sure if the app is broken or something else on my device is interfering.

Missing basic features, like remembering your place. Hard to navigate/scroll back and forward as well. Not ready for prime time...

The old version would play my some of my podcast, this version doesn't.

This had always been my go to app fir audiobooks. But this new version will not even open on my iPhone 4. I have tried and tried but it just goes back to the phone home screen. It's really pathetic - and unless it is fixed soon I will have to dump this app and find another.
