Can no longer open

Used to be one of my favorite apps but has gone downhill. So much so that I can't even get the current iteration to load. It's just stuck on the decrypting page. Please fix or else my next move will be to delete and replace with one of your many competitors. I'm betting there's a capable one out there that can get their app to load.

I use to love this app because I have ALL my username and passwords here!! Now I cannot open it and its very very frustrating!!!! I really need to see my passwords!!!! Fix it PLEASE!!!! I am sooo upset!!!!

I used to really like this app until it stopped working and now I can't get my passwords!!! I gave it 2 stars in hopes it will get fixed soon and I can get my frickin passwords!!

When it works this is great but every month or two it freezes in the app load process. No access at all, normally when I really need it. The only thing that helps is to delete and reload. How is that a convenience?

Great syncing across browser, iPad, and iPhone. Fantastic when it loads. Unfortunately it only loads about 75% of the time you need to use it.

Can't believe there isn't an update. Haven't been able to use my app in 2 weeks. Think I should cancel, and just use a piece of paper! Get on the ball- please!

I use to love this program and now with the ios updates it has gone snaky and cannot access passwords...just freezes up..very fustrating
