My photos were approved on the app. When the Kings highway store gets them the workers are oblivious questioning what I used to take the photo. Walgreens please train your staff it’s annoying.
Great in theory

I decided to use this app because I use Walgreens for all my photo printing and didn’t want to risk having my face mask off in the store during covid to take a picture. Took my photo at home, it was accepted as compliant through the app, got to the store to pick up my order and was told that it’s unusable because the staff was unable to access or edit the photo. Ended up having to take it in the store which is exactly what I didn’t want to do.
Great app but printing is overpriced

The app is really good and gives great feedback on the quality of your photo and if it meets passport regulations. However $14.99+tax to Print two 2x2 photos is crazy. It literally is the size of a post card.

Captures the picture within the app and does not allow you to make cheeper prints. I know “passport print app” has a singular purpose implied in the app but basically it is a scam that is used to corner you into using Walgreens to print your photo for the cheep price of $15...

Spent half an hour trying to take a photo that would, according to the app, pass muster. Sent it Walgreens for printing only to be told at the store that the photo wouldn’t be accepted for a passport, and that they don’t accept photos submitted online for passport use anyway.

With a 24-hour Walgreens close by it was super easy for me to download the app, have someone shoot a pic of me using the instructions, find and forward it to the correct store and then pick it up the next day.
If you always look awful in passport photos

Then this app will save you!!! I had my passport pic taken by Walgreens and it’s so depressing when their lighting makes you look 10 years older. With this app you can look good in your passport pic. Yay!

Super convenient!! Able to get a decent pic taken, sent to WALGREENS and picked up in under an hour. About the same price as having your picture taken there, but at least you get to see it and do it over if you look hideous. Well done!!

The app is supposed to not accept a photo if it doesn’t meet the passport criteria. I took the photo, it was ok’d and paid for it but the passport official could not accept it because the background and positioning wasn’t consistent with the requirements. So I paid for it and ended up just having to take one at the agency anyways.
