Won’t save pass name
lrstanfill

I like the idea of this app but it won’t save the pass name no matter how many times I enter the name

Love it, but...

This app is amazing. I love the ease of it and the convenience. My one and ONLY criticism is, no matter what I try when I export the pass to my wallet, the top left logo ALWAYS goes blurry/pixelated. It is crystal clear in the app during creation and completed, but for some reason it always goes blurry. I don’t know if this is an app issue or iOS, but I would love to see this tiny issue corrected. Otherwise this app is a 10/10!

Want a BETTER UI

the app is good, I use it to store my memories. But apparently UI is not good enough

Very hard to use

Very SLOW complicated and after all it is useless App. Why need an account to use? Why soooo slow? I deleted and refunded....

Works okay, but...

...it’s got some glaring flaws need to be assessed for better usability: Firstly, you cannot edit passes made from templates. This is an enormous problem; why would I want to have a pass with someone else’s name and details? Second, the app essentially prevents you from making passes from scratch without a barcode. If it weren’t for the fact that your app doesn’t support many many barcodes, this wouldn’t be an issue, but as I have more passes with codes that don’t work than with codes that do, you need to let users actually make passes from a blank template. Likewise, with a few codes the app gives the very handy option of adding an unsupported code as an image strip: this is very useful, but why is it only available for a few very specific barcodes and not all of the ones that aren’t supported? Some 2D barcodes also simply don’t appear when you finish editing a pass. Strange.

Doesn't work

Purchased to store Store Cards. Just tried this at checkout and it totally bombed. The clerk was very patient, but we couldn't scan the barcode at all.

Great .... once

Now, after creating one card, all I get is an HTTP 400 (unauthorized) error. I even installed this on my wife’s phone, but it never worked for her. 400 ... 400 ... 400. App Score: 0 Verdict: Don’t buy!!

Buggy

I bought the pro version right away and it’s been buggy to add the Info for rewards cards. When I add the info it takes long to update to the wallet app. And when I made a mistake, let’s say I want to remove the “Pass2U wallet logo” and turn it on to remove and press done. It still shows the logo. Also it won’t scan the bar. It seems lit can find it and it’s a hit or miss if it can scan. I really want this app to work well because I can find the use for it if anyone can offer help and support to fix this I would give it a shot but for right now it’s not that great of an app it’s a hit or miss each time you use it.

Not for security minded users

Clumsy interface, but I am more concerned about its security: - it grants itself access to photo and does not give option to deny (how do they get around iOS policy?) - you are entrusting this company with potentially sensitive personal info. Found no security report or analysis on this company’s policy. This doesn’t mean they are untrustworthy. But company’s privacy statements mean little. Just look at Zoom. They flat out lied about end-to-end encryption. In the end I decided to try it only for unimportant and non-sensitive passes such as grocery cards. FYI, still no sign in by Apple option but Facebook login (again, security!)

1 star because 0 stars not an option

I would say this app is junk, but that's an insult to junk, which has value. It crashes every couple minutes, won't scan a simple card and tries to sell the Pro version at every turn. I think it's a scam to get the Pro payment, but I'm not falling for it. DO NOT BOTHER downloading unless you need to raise your blood pressure.
