From the first time I tried this app, no matter what I click on, it goes to a “Whoops! That page can’t be found...” message. EVERY, SINGLE, TIME!! You’d think it could find something, but no, just Whoops!
Crashing and freezing and total rerouting

This app crashes all the time. Freezes all the time regardless of good WiFi or LTE. Any time you click on something to look at it, the app completely reroutes it to the home page. Very annoying.
Doesn’t let you checkout

App is as useless as trying to shop the mobile site on chrome or safari. It doesn’t take you to a payment screen when you select Checkout.

This app is the ideal app for Halloween time especially with 3 kids. Not only was I able to find every costume that my children specifically requested this year, but the app also suggests/ shows props to bundle with those specific costumes. For example, when buying my son’s Arrow costume, the app displayed bow and arrow kits that are frequently purchased with that costume. Awesome app all the way around! Go Party City and go Party City App!

This app says free ground shipping on ANY order placed through the app but is still charging me $8 to ship some balloons
