Awesome! Almost 5 stars!

This pixel builder is honestly the best I have ever seen on the App Store. It’s got good tools, good controls, and I can build consistent things without any interruptions. I would give this 5 stars, but to me, there should be more colors that a user can use, but everything else is A-OK. This app deserves to be the prime app for pixel art and building.

For a free tool, this is really good

SilverShadow132

Pros: • Free • Doesn’t have any ads • Tools are simple and effective • Intuitive and easy to use Cons: • Not much... I guess a nitpick is that you can’t choose colors from a wheel, but the color selection isn’t too bad Great little tool, definitely recommend it if you have some voxel ideas that can’t wait for a PC editor.

Amazing app

Have been using magicvoxel a lot lately, but couldn’t take it on the go. Found this app mentioned in a reddit post, so I gave it a try. I think it’s as good as a voxel editor can get on a phone, it works flawlessly. Great UI, exports perfectly to magicvoxel and to unity, and it has an awesome 360 preview which is great if you are working on a bigger project with others. I now spend more time in this app than I do with magicvoxel, and only stop using it when it’s time to add materials, do a few tough ups, and do a final render. One suggestion I have for the creator would be to have some type of outline shading option in the same way we have shadow and ambient occlusion options. At times it can be difficult to tell where one block starts and ends, and an outline option would make counting rows and such a breeze. Leaving ambient occlusion on and turning off shadows helps a lot, but outlines would still be useful for more detailed art.

Oops I meant 3 stars

cool!!!!!!!'!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought that it would be AR!

Love the app, but it could use more color options

I love this app, it’s great for making voxel art and it’s incredibly user friendly. The camera is very easy to work with, the models being exportable is really helpful, and it’s very fun to mess around with this app when I’m bored. However, I think it’d be cool if there was a much wider array of colors. Perhaps a feature that allows the user to use a photo on their device as the color palette or something like that? Actually in particular that exact feature, as well as a color slider. Basically, I’m suggesting that more colors should be added, and that a feature that allows you to use a photo on your device as the palette should also be added. Both of these features would make me give the app a 5 star rating. As it stands it gets a 4 star rating. Anyway that’s the review. And to the devs if you’re reading this: Nice work on the app, I used it to create my profile pic on Twitter, thanks for making a free app that doesn’t feature ads or micro transactions, you’re totally awesome and legendary in my book for doing that.

Best Voxel App

This is the most user-friendly and polished voxel app on the App Store. It’s still in development so look forwarding to more features! Export to magicavoxel needs a way to preserve the colors or export a palette alongside. If dev is reading then please add spritesheet export, so we can export PNGs of different angles for sprites.
