Sound quality is nearly perfect. By this I mean, close to "real". Build quality is also nearly perfect. Very near, in fact. My only complaint is that the App's function of "Tuned by Lou Reed"...... If I push that switch, the app crashes. :-/ - IPhone 6 Plus

This app needs to be updated to match the style, icon and features of the new app for the Zik 2.0. There is no reason why we Zik 1.0 users should be shafted this way. In fact, we should get these benefits first seeing as how we bought into the brand early.

New headphone buyer
Doesn't work for iPad and Parrot Zik 2.0 headphones. I am pleased with the new headphones, but after spending time unsuccessfully to get the app to connect to the headphones ( they connect fine via Bluetooth) I sent a note to the company on how to remedy when they informed me: sir, Unfortunately, the application is not available for the iPad at this time.

Seriously, update the app. It's worthless on iOS 8 and not to mention there's no desktop app to compensate. Lazy developers or pulling an Apple and forcing users to buy 2.0 headphones for the app you actually update? (Which still has horrible reviews)
Headphones are nice, app not so much.

Headphones are great, but this app is useless on my 6+. It crashes on me before I can do anything.

Pathetic product support to say the least. No updates to the app for a long time, despite of the fact that the customers have been requesting for some much needed features. The new parrot zik 2.0 app is not compatible with older models and the customers of the older model have been deprived of some of the essential features. Customer support has let down what otherwise was a great product. Never buying any parrot product.

Parrot and Mr. Starck should be ashamed of themselves. It's unacceptable that headphones of this quality, design and price should be rendered useless by its own app. I am stuck on firmware 1.07 vs. 1.10 since the app crashes every time I select a setting. In addition, there is no desktop version and the only available upgrades available are PC only. Buyer beware!
