What a Nightmare

Don't waste your energy. It's a simple concept, but unfortunately they have set it to require a lot of manual logistics. I tried to use it, but instead of easily booking the spot, I spent the next 4 weeks in a group text with the garage owner and the ParqEx representative. I never was able to take possession of the garage because the garage owner and ParqEx could never offer the space as advertised - including the basics like a secure space, a garage remote and easy in and out access. Use SpotHero or Craigslist, but don't waste your time with this.

I had this app recommended to me because I constantly commute to the city. Being me, I could never successfully find a parking spot that was close to my destination, so I decided to give ParqEx a shot. After my first use, I was hooked... I now know that my wallet is safe and my car is safer. If your are looking to convenience yourself and your day a littler more, USE THIS APP! It truly is "perfected parking".

Needed a convenient parking spot in the Windy City and this app made our trip much easier knowing we didn't have to drive around multiple times to find a parking spot! The app was easy to use and we will be using it again next month!
