Great App and Save Tons of Time

We really loved the app since we always wondered there’s should be like this to plan our visits when we are in town or driving to other states. It helps us to save time and plan our trips efficiently.

Wonderful for new park discovery

I downloaded the app to discover Yellowstone, but was pleasantly surprised to see parks closer to my home pinned on a map. I didn’t realize I was close to so many national parks, and this app did a great job giving me some info about them. While many of them were small, some were not. This app now helped me map out the next hiking trail I’ll be going on!

Not that helpful

I wanted to view more info in the app, but really it just provides you with a map and links to the website. I think you can get almost the same info on google maps and then just google the website. I’m also let down that it only has national park areas and does not have other federal land info. It looks nice but not that helpful.

Beautiful app with tons of useful info

Great app! I'm honestly surprised there wasn't already an app like this for national parks. Most of the other national parks/federal lands apps I've seen have really outdated designs, but this one presents information in a clean and modern interface. The part that shows the temperatures and how busy the park is each month is super useful for trip planning. It's also fun to just explore the map. Lots of national monuments and historic sites all over the place that I'd never heard of before. I have an old phone so the app is sometimes a little laggy, but it seems like they release updates pretty often so I'm not too concerned about it. Definitely get this app if you're into the outdoors-- it's awesome.

Beautiful way to explore your next outdoor destination

ParkQuest is designed and built with intentionality a joy to use because of it. The app is regularly being updated with new feature and content and has been an awesome resource for planning our upcoming road trip!

Extremely disappointing

I can’t believe I paid for this app. Not user friendly. What a waste of money.

Nice...

Downloaded today 9/5/20 and found the app unusable on the iPad and iPad Pro. The detail/information screens for the parks are unreadable, cut off on the right and left, etc. Sorry, my bad. The problem only appears, at least so far, on the Great Smoky Mtn National Park. Go figure, the first Park I picked was the o only one messed up (I hope).

Comprehensive and Complete

This is a very useful app, easy to use, something I use every time I visit national parks.
