App doesn’t allow me to complete a reservation. I keep getting alerts that don’t make sense. I’m logged in but when clicking “purchase reservation” it says I need to add a password to have an account.
Reset password functionality - the basics - fail without providing any assistance other than ‘try again.’
I park here every week since I travel 100% for my job. It is frustrating to get a zero balance receipt at exit, with no indication of how much I paid for the stay. I need this information for my expense report, and then need to print it out at home on my computer, which is a waste of time. Please consider adding the total paid to the receipt for those of us who need to show our employers how much we paid for parking.. Thank you.
Be lucky if someone shows up at airport pickup lane under 30 minutes. I could probably walk to the lot quicker
They’ve cut the size of their lot in half. Nearly impossible to park. Consistently takes 30 minutes or longer for shuttle pickup. Next time I’ll be using a different parking service.
This was the first time Park n Fly let me down. Not once when I made my reservation did Park n Fly tell me I had to find my own way to the airport after a certain hour at Chicago Marriott location. That was so upsetting so I called a taxi which cost me another $20 I pretty much had to deal with Marriott because Park n Fly was no where to be found. Get back from my trip me and the wife had to wait almost an hour to get picked up at the airport, had to call the hotel 4 times to get the driver to the terminal. Horrible horrible service. To pay almost $70 for Park n Fly service, just to hire another company to take me to the airport and depend on another company to pick me up from the airport was truly wrong.
Why was I charged?
