This app is very very annoying. When I first got it I thought it was just screen time. But no. This app has made me so stressed because of all the ridiculous restrictions I have on it. My mother only asked to restrict some content and have the ability to take and give back my apps. When she takes my apps it’s really annoying because she doesn’t just use this “tool” for a valid reason she just takes my apps in the middle of the day or at random times during the day and sometimes the apps are taken on her own. Also when I receive my apps back they are misplaced and all over the place. I’m a very neat person and I like my apps organized by rainbow order. It’s a burden to have to keep placing my apps in their right place. And I know your gonna say “oH iT sEeMs ThAt YoU mEsSeD uP yOuR mObIcIp ReStRiCtIOnS” I very much did not. Why don’t your fix your broken app and look into the problems that the app causes?! And the content restrictions are also beyond strict. My mother didn’t even choose it to be at that strict level. I wanted to see a picture of ombré hair because I was going to get my hair done and THAT was blocked. Stupid I know. I really don’t want to spend time sending a request for access to see an a hair style. My aunt had this app and deleted it within a day because it was horrible and did not function right. And don’t tell my aunt to go to the mobicip help support thing or whatever. She’s done with this app. Like honestly if I’m gonna have to send a request to see a picture of hair that I need to show my hair stylist, I just won’t search it at all. The process of accepting a request takes way too long. Longer than it should take. Parents if your reading this listen to me please. This app is really annoying and I get that you want to help your child by doing this but there are other approaches better than this strict app. you could take your kids phone at night or maybe just trust your kid and build a healthy relationship with them. And once you build that relationship with your child they will be more open with you and won’t be scared to once in a while look through their phone. Please do this.

Mobicip is a great way to filter and track internet usage. I found it very helpful as a filtered browser and it offers a great way for internet accountability. I would highly recommend whether it is for family or just a good filtered app! Great work mobicip!!

This program is great if you want to monitor your kids use or prevent them from seeing bad stuff on the internet! I’d recommend this app again and again. Great customer service as well.

This app is great! And the good thing is: my kids don’t Mind that much! On my 4 year olds iPhone I can see all the videos he watches! And my 13 year old doesn’t need them though.

Deleted mopicip from my account and my kids are still not able to access their various apps on their devices. I do not recommend installing because it will forever be embedded in your devices. I’m reporting this issue to my congressman. They need to know.

It’s a great idea with awful execution. Changes made in the app don’t apply to devices, the response time is slow and zero customer support. I’m constantly having to reboot devices just to get allowed time to register. Kid’s iPad isn’t even accessible now because it blocked the Mobicip app itself, so it can’t accept changes or be deleted. If the program worked as advertised it’d be great, but the bugs make it more trouble than it’s worth.

I’m on the kid side of this (I’m fourteen). You might think I’m biased, but hear me out. There is something very wrong with this app. It would delete my apps at a certain time and then put them back on at a certain time, even though my mom said I had access to it. She’s contacted the tech support multiple times, but they’d always give her answers that don’t make sense. They haven’t been helpful. It’s been screwing with my iPad. My apps keep giving me the notification that’s there’s bad internet, even when my internets fine. Then mom deleted it, and mobicip STILL thinks it has control over my entire iPad. It keeps trying to download the app. And I can’t access the internet. There are other things it’s screwed up too. The bottom line is: DONT GET THIS APP. It completely takes over your devices without you even telling it to do something.
