Killing the industry

This is just another way to undermine paying kitchen workers a real wage. This competitive atmosphere around work only serves to make us cheaper; letting restaurants run on skeleton crews until a thirty top calls in and they just put an ad up so some home chef can come in and barely serve as an extra set of hands. This could’ve been akin to a chefs union but the execution is lacking severely. And just to be clear, I have been hopeful with this app for about 2 years now with no improvements.
