Can't use bluetooth

Family and i downloaded before our flight. Says can connect with bluetooth, but it doesn't work. The phones are visible, but can't connect to them :-/

When you get two on the same square and your playing online it makes you move your pawn but when the computer player gets two on the same square the game doesn’t make it move . ????
