Amazon: Did as was told, still won’t track

In general I love the app. When it came to tracking something from Amazon I was told to sign into Amazon and link it. I did EXACTLY as described and I tried multiple times to complete this process and was denied. App continually acted as though I had not yet signed into Amazon. Also, I tried to contact support before reviewing. I was told I needed to select a specific transaction on which to comment. Amazon transaction was not available. So here I am.

It’s the best subscription service I have. It’s cheap and tracks everything. 98% of all my packages in able to watch and then keep a log of everything that shipped and has been shipped simply by looking back at the tracking of the app. Highly recommend.

Like the basic concept but does a poor job naming deliveries

I have been forwarding deliveries for tracking but the app does not make the deliveries in any sort of useful way. It simply makes the delivery the tracking number. Would prefer they name is the e-mail subject or vendor name picked up from the e-mail. It ends up just tracking unidentified shipments.

first of 3 orders arrived. all orders were shipped via USPS. Parcel informed me first, even before the USPS app did. Parcel is only as fast updating info as the handler’s are, but much faster than the other 2 shipping apps that i use. 2 orders were domestic sales/shipping, one was from overseas, of which was a bit more difficult to find the correct shipping numbers, but once found and input into Parcel the app reacted and updated smoothly. so far so good….

Why dig through your email?

This app is excellent! As soon as I get an email with my tracking number, I copy and paste it into Parcel. I add a description and I then get detailed info while tracking all my packages in one place. Love it!!!

Parcel keeps you up to date on all your orders through every step of the delivery process. It provides more information than the delivery services’ own websites - for example, regarding the reasons a delivery might be delayed. If you place a lot of orders online, then you definitely need Parcel. It would be nice to be able to add colors or labels to particular deliveries to help sort them visually, but the icons are very helpful. Plus, a huge deal for me, when Parcel asks you to rate it, it does so in an unobtrusive way that does not get in the way of using the app! Why can’t other devs do this? For that alone, Parcel deserves 5 stars!

Ditch Shop - Parcel is where it’s at

I’ve been using the Shop app to auto-track deliveries for some time, and while I found it useful, I started to experience a large amount of bugs. Deliveries were either disappearing, duplicating, or not being registered. I found myself having to manually edit or add every delivery for it to just bug out eventually. On top of that, the interface just wasn’t very user friendly. I think the idea of auto-tracking deliveries is great, but the implementation across the board, in every app I tried, is totally unreliable. I decided to give Parcel a shot and start tracking manually, and I’m so happy I did. While I do have to add deliveries manually (unless they are from Amazon), the interface is simple, elegant, and intuitive. The tracking updates are FAR superior and more accurate to any other app I have used. Safe to say, I’ve finally found my solution for tracking my packages. If you are looking for the best application to track deliveries, look no further than Parcel!
