When it works it's great

I've had multiple problems with this game. It locks up. I've reinstalled 2 times and only had it less than a week. I paid 6.99. I can't recommend this game. It just has too many bugs.
Much more than an HO game

Paranormal Pursuits as well as Fetch, the Drawn series, and the Enigmatis series are all welcome departures from Big Fish's run-of-the-mill HO fare. Although some of the mini games in Paranormal Pursuits are HO, they are truly puzzles where you must find and assemble clues in order to progress. This is better described as an engaging point and click adventure game that incorporates a variety of puzzles in furtherance of the storyline. I thoroughly enjoyed this, and if you do too, I think you'll also like the other Big Fish games I've named above.

Initially I thought this was a great game. I would have rated this game 5 stars, however, that is not my review rating. I wish I wold have read reviews prior to purchasing. I am more than frustrated. I too, as many of the reviewers have stated, am stuck at not being able to pick up candle in crest of the hill segment. I have tried all of the suggested items to try to pick up candle. All of thode efforts were a fail for me. With all of that being said, I am not able to complete the game, which also means that I can't play "On the edge", because you must unlock it. Multiple reviewers havr requested this to be fixed. Seems to me "they don't care that the game can not be completed". My request as well as others. FIX THIS PROBLEM.
Fix the Orphanage Chapter!!!

I cannot complete the orphanage chapter because I can't pick up the candle. I'm not the only one having this problem. Please fix this issue. I paid my $6.99 I should be able to finish it.

So far so so good. I'm actually trying out the trial run, and it had me so into it that I decided to purchase it. Graphics are great,cut scenes are great as well. Puzzles seem a bit easy/obvious but we will see at the end. I gave it a three so far in hopes that it keeps my attention
