App crashes while streaming to Chromecast

All I want to do is make it through one episode of a show on this app without it crashing and not even starting back up again. App crashes 100% of the time while being used on Chromecast. Have been using it for almost a week and haven't made it through more than 20 minutes without it crashing. This is disappointing as most shows are an hour long.

Timezones
Wow... this app is terrible. Sign in with your provider and you just get an hour glass that never ends. Use the search function to find a Spike show and it comes up empty?!?! Cluttered interface that is confusing and difficult to use. Just wanted to watch ONE episode I missed, and it might easier to just buy it on iTunes vs trying to use this app.
No “power saver” watching

If you are streaming this from a device you will have to keep the device from doing into sleep mode or you show will glitch out. I’m able to stream Amazon to my Apple TV without issue. I start the stream and turn the screen on mg device off. This saves a ton of battery life. No an option for this app. There are also more ads than if you were just watching tv just without the ability to skip them ??♀️. This is an ok app 3/5
Weird casting experience

Why can’t I cast the live east coast feed to my tv :-( other than that it’s as advertised.

Terrible experience every time I try to use it. Apple TV app doesn’t have live streaming. They put live tv on the phone but not the Apple TV!? The iPad live tv streaming has a terrible spike square on the right side. Such a poor design choice. Also, the video doesn’t support multitasking.
