It makes you think it’s a free app when you download it, but the “in app purchases” is just buying the whole thing. Otherwise you can’t actually use it.

I barely pressed start and all of a sudden I was charged $9.99. Now I’m being charged for an app I do not even want anymore with any notice, that’s doesn’t even work.
