Fun but slow. Unless you buy "gold" it takes a long time to build. So plan on it taking months to travel to other islands.

I keep playing all the island games. They are a good time killer and it is possible not to spend money. There are lots of ways to earn gold. I would like more updates.

As far as a city builder game this one offers a lot. It's not difficult to figure out, and unlike a lot of these "free" games you're not pressured to buy in game currency every time you turn around. And, I surprised with how great the graphics are, on this and city island 4 another game from this company. If you like city builder games, definitely get this, and check out their other ones, you won't be disappointed. The only downsides: Pop up ads. They happen spontaneously and at rando times. I wish there was a warning or a way you could buy your way out of pop up ads. It's a pain to remove brush and rocks after you buy a plot of land. I wish you could rotate the building in 4 directions. I know it saves space and graphically it's probably easier on designers, but that would allow for more creativity for the player, and I don't see that in a lot of other city builder games. On a scale from 1-10: (1 being Iron Desert and 10 being final fantasy tactics iOS) I give this a 9 From a scale from A+-F: (A being a grade I never received on a paper in college and F being Suicide Squad) I give this an A And on a scale from lord of the rings to hairy potter: I give this a Lion from the lion witch and the wardrobe. Over all I've played this game everyday for the last 5 days, and have downloaded another one from the developer because of it. So it's good. 93% overall.
