Can’t open the app

Just downloaded and it crashes on start. Can’t use the web ui on the phone so I’m stuck not being able to read work docs until I get back to a laptop.
I can not open the app

I could not open the app when I need to read an important document...no way to access to the document with my cellphone...
Instantly crashes

After working fine for many months, the app started instantly crashing when opening. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix the issue.
Newest version continually crashes

I’ve loved this app, but the most recent update as of January 2019 crashes on my iPad and iPhone. I’ve don’t the uninstall, reinstall, logout/login, etc. Nothing works. It won’t launch. Hopefully, a fix is coming.
App will not load

As a paying customer, this downtime is unacceptable. I contacted Dropbox Support. They provided this statement, “ We're aware of this bug and [are] working to fix it. When we have a fix in place, we will contact you to let you know and release an update via the App Store, so make sure to stay up to date with the latest Dropbox releases.” They promised to email me as soon as the update is available. I have automatic updates turned on but this way at least I won’t have to keep checking.

App won't open, can't move cursor around in text, changing to landscape view locks down document... the list goes on. So much potential, none of it finding realized. New complete stopper-level issues all the time, and I've had the app since beta
Buggy apps

I only used about 5 mins and find three bugs. Not sure how the test team works on the app. 1. The code is not syntax highlighted 2. The first character will be capitalized when I type the code in code block 3. TODO list does not work. I add todo and assign it to myself, but it does not pop out in the To-dos tag. Hope the developers could fix those issues and fully tested.
