Writing a review from the son of this account holder. I've been trying to subscribe my mom to this for an hour and they just don't seem to want to take my money???? Why is it so hard to create an account, reset a password, and subscribe to monthly service? You would think a company would have the basics down so they can take peoples money faster and easier. If my mom didn't want this app so bad, I would never pay for this. Do better.

You will not be able to cancel your subscription even if you follow all the prompts. This company has been charging my account for 1 year without me being able to do anything about it. There is no way to contact them. Be aware this company is a scam.
