English-Speaking Tourists Need This!

I speak English and am using an Israeli phone while in the country. Unlike Cellopark, Pango allows you to create an account without an Israeli ID. On the first screen, tap the settings button at the top to switch to English. Simple and intuitive.

Okay, I hate paying for parking; that’s a given. But what can you do? You wanna park, you are almost always gonna havta pay.... Pango has made that chore very simple. I still remember the days when you had to purchase parking cards, in advance. Then you had to use the machines, which were broken half the time or you didn’t have change. Pango is simple to use. I do not remember encountering any problems with the app. So, if you are going to have to pay for parking, thank goodness for Pango.

כאשר היתה תקלה והעזתי לבקר את הוד מעלתם בדף הפייסבוק (אגב, תמיד בצורה מכובדת ועניינית) הם פשוט חסמו אותי. בנוסף, האפליקציה פשוט לא אמינה מבחינה טכנולוגית - שלא נדבר על האין שירות במקרה שלא תצליחו להפעיל את החניה. בקיצור, עברתי לסלו פארק ועדיף שם בהרבה.

Keep charging for things you never wanted!! Might as well pay at the street machines. Cheaper and with no Surprises!! Stay away.

Class action lawsuit in preparation... You get a ticket despite of paying while Pango send customers to fight their own fight with the municipality's parking enforcement If you like paying for parking, getting a ticket anyways and then fight yourself with the local municipality while Pango does nothing, please, use Pango ... And buy a new brain

I have had numerous occasions where I have notified that a traffic agent has reviewed my car and found I paid through Pango. I have also preset Pango for the next day without an issue. However I apply for the service through my telephone. A web based app in English would be very helpful.

Pango has hidden fees in side. They offer you notification services and only after you approve send you an email that mention that there are fees. There are better apps out there today.

Quality Enhancer

I've been to Israel like 20 times. The local communities there are relying more and more on Pango rather than local parking arrangements. This makes it very difficult for "visitors" to legally park unless they can read Hebrew. Please make this app also work in English and take international credit cards as well. Thank you.

Very difficult to figure out if your Hebrew is not that good. My kids speak Hebrew well so for them its a cinch. But I have trouble figuring it out. It would be so easy to just put a few English words under the Hebrew. Please , developers, you all speak English probably so why not make it user friendly in English?!! So I would give it 4-5 stars if I spoke Hebrew and no stars for when I use it.
