Constant problems

I only use this app on my phone lately because of recurring issues. I’ve quarantined alone for over a year and I haven’t shared my account with anyone, but I can’t listen to music without the app claiming that someone else is listening to music on my account. I’m about ready to give up on the app. I’ve used it since 2009 and never had problems until a few months ago. I hope this gets fixed because when I looked at their troubleshooting page it just suggested that I pay more money and upgrade to the family plan. I’m one person, using one device and already pay for the no ad plan and I don’t want to pay more for the same service.

I like that Pandora is like the best radio station in the world, custom to your modes and activities. I’m not building playlists and choosing things, just putting in a song or two for inspiration and letting it play.

I love that Pandora makes suggestions according to what you like....I dont like some of the songs I want to listen to have to be purchased through premium ?I mean aren’t ads enough??
