It's now September and I'm still waiting for more islands. Last review I made was in September. What's up???? Ok now I'm waiting for you guys to update. Shouldn't have to wait for new islands to appear. It's been over a week now. I still say that we should be able to use our coins as well to advance. You people are slacking!

Loved it until the update! now the screen is small and I lost my $10.00!!!!! I can't even get the game to open up on a level anymore! And they keep saying they can't submit my request for tech help! Very disappointed. Can't open after update! After finally getting over 10,000 points it shuts down! Please fix! Loved the game until I got my Ipad Pro and updated to IOS 11 (I now have 12). It will not open anymore. Just a big black screen! What’s up with that?

I have this game on my phone and on my old iPad. I had to replace my iPad with the newer one. The game will not even load, it pops up asking to allow notifications and when I click don’t allow, it goes black. I have loaded and reloaded, turned off the device. Guess they are not up to date with the new iPad.

I love this game BUT.....

Why do I always have a game where I can get ahead and it freezes and I can’t tap or do anything but deleting the game!! Happened lots of times ! Then do you want us to win or not by moving our pieces and not letting us getting close to winning It’s a joke

I love this game I almost finished it then it crashed on me ☹️ now when I click on the app it just turns to a black screen.

I’m playing on an iPad and the game will not load in landscape only in portrait. Since you can’t see the entire screen in portrait I can no longer play.

Won't open in my iPad, I've tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times. It starts to open then screen turns black.

Bonus pack purchase

I purchased the Bonus pack of 50 lives and 20,000 coins. I see that my card has been charged but I didn’t receive my Bonus pack. I have tried contacting App Store for refund and they said my issue did not qualify for a refund and they forwarded me to Panda jams developer, but trying to even get through to developer is a nightmare. Very frustrated with this! I feel this is a scam! I want a refund or I want the bonus pack, but please don’t run off with my hard earned money!
