I have a chat group in this app. All of a student it's not allowing me to send messages to my group. There's no easy way to access customer service for help, that I can find, if you don't live in China. Help!

The full app is pretty nice for kids to learn English, but there is something bad for kids under 18. Which is the chat system, some kids tried to have boy girl friends, and saying rude things, and not being nice to others. Well the full app for English is not bad though! Nice work!??

I think this is a great App for all readers. It helps student’s learn to read, builds confidence, increases flow of fluency and makes reading fun. There is learning games and great stories!
