A lot of games don’t even work on the iPad and even the ones that do crash or sound doesn’t work. Use another casino since they are not spending on app development

They offer bonuses for depositing money but the bonus money has to won back about 25-40x which is impossible to do. After the bonus money is depleted the actual deposited money can’t be withdrawn until the initial bonus requirements are met. Honestly download sugarhouse. U only have to go through your bonus money once so your initial deposit isn’t affected at all. Unless this is changed this app will continue stealing your money and every win is worthless.

There are a ton of app problems. Constantly getting kicked out. But if you keep going and be patient you can win BIG. The deposit match requirement is ridiculous but can be done. I get more bonuses on this than any other app. Yes, I’ve been kicked out a few bonuses but the casino makes it right every single time. Try it. If you’re patient you can do very well.

This casino will steal your money. The platform crashes constantly. I took many screenshot. I deposited funds, they did match, but their games crashed when bonus were awarded. When I returned to the games, they were not incomplete, as you experience with other casinos, they're simply gone. I feel cheated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVING CASINO!!

I have written a review 5 times and disappears always. Pala is a joke. New Jersey Gaming biggest joke. After weeks a issues Pala admitted to having issues with iOS platform for the SG games. At one point I had 7 games that said the issue should resolve itself in a moment. All happened in bonus rounds. I contact NJDG and some guy there takes weeks to tell me they had issues which I told him I already knew that and that was the reason for my email. He proceeds to call me ask more questions I send in 25-30 screenshots of various games and online chat with Pala.. weeks later again tells me they had issues I said we just did this song and dance last week you have to be kidding me... he says well all games a predetermined so weather or not the games are showing bonuses rounds etc doesn’t matter it’s numbered and predetermined on your deposit. Really? Cons crooks thieves nj and Pala perfect together. Let’s see if this stays up... since August it’s removed every time
