Please fix this issue. Installed for my 2 year old and the sound has never worked.

My son has autism. He loved this app. After one week, he clicks on the app and there is no image. Just a black screen with the opening sound? This was the most expensive app we have purchased and it's the only one with this problem. Please explain! Re-opened from App Store and it worked. Every so often, it will freeze, but by turning off iPad, then rebooting, this seems to work. Sorry for those for whom it is not working. My son enjoys it a lot when it's working!
Great App why not on iPod touch?

I want to give this app 4 stars as it is great and one of my son (21/2) favorites... but I want to run it on my iPod touch so he doesn't have to have my phone all the time.. PLEASE fix.

I wish I listened to the other reviews cuz the sound doesn't work for me either so I basically wasted my money!
Wonderful App!

This is an awesome app! It's great for toddlers and preschoolers. My daughter is 15 months old and she can use the app. She loves the show and this app is basically like a short episode but interactive with beautiful, vibrant colors and a 3D effect. I would recommend this app and its worth the price.

As others have said, sound quits working after a week or so. I've looked at the developers website and they're based out of Japan with no contact email for support that I can find. I'll be contacting iTunes. Don't buy.

Since I purchased a new IPhone 6plus the app downloads but no sound. I done this many times. Added app then deleted from the one page then added it again. Can't seam to fix the problem. Help!! We really like this app.
Cute but doesn't work

It's a very cute app. But for $3.99, I would expect the whole thing to work. The sound only works for the play part of the app and not the story part. I'm very disappointed because my son loves the Pajanimals but could not play with the whole app

Game looks great BUT CANT HEAR THEM TALK SO WHATS THE POINT!!!! A major tease! Reached out to them did not get a response! DO NOT DWNLD If you want to hear the songs... BECAUSE YOU WONT HEAR THE SONGS!!!
