I’m being charge for some pictures

I love this game I’ve been playing for about 4 to 5 months. And today all of a sudden I’m being charge for some pictures. Can you please explain why.

Many of the paint-by-number apps use too many of the same loud and rather dull colors - dark greens and muddy yellows, oranges and browns. I’d like to see more soft, light pastels.
