I am able to get as far as the palette and image to color page, but as soon as I tap a color.....any color, screen goes black. Have u installed and reinstalled, but no luck

When I open the app as soon as I click on color the app closes and I also purchased the unlock all and remove ads I have not been able to play so I feel as if I wasted my $3.99 so if you could please fix the problem so I can enjoy it on my iPad thank you

Every time I click on my first color the app completely kicks me out. I’ve never gotten past the first color. I have never been able to use this app totally worthless I would give negative number stars if I could!
