Wanting to love this app...

Had some initial trouble signing in, discovered that an old standing account with Pagico was causing confusion. Once I got that sorted out was pleasantly surprised by improvements in iOS (iPad and iPhone) and desktop app. Would get 4 stars if notes on iPhone scrolled properly--longer notes will show only several lines of multi-paragraph entry.

Any questions or problems you run across these guys are on it. I use the software on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad. All seamlessly sync. I really like the ability to drag and drop emails on my Mac to the software as tasks. Than I can review them on my iOS devices.

Not quite ready for prime time

I migrated my todo workflow from Omnifocus to Pagico. I love Pagico's architecture on OSX, as it offers tremendous flexibility with tagging, linking, doc import and indexing; all in one workspace! The iOS app falls very short of being a serious complement to the OSX version. The first issue is a woefully buggy sync engine. It really doesn't work, which make the app useless if you are using it with the OSX app. Nevertheless, the developer is very responsive and I am hopeful that he will get get the bugs worked out. Until he does, I would consider this a beta app at best.

I have used Pagico for about a year now. Use it daily and it works great for what I need. Lots of updates from the developer. Response from developer is also usually very quick.

As a phone app by itself this app can do a good job organizing tasks, but I got it primarily to sync with my desktop app, and it is very buggy. The two apps do not mirror each other and it is very frustrating to not have an accurate list of tasks or trust that what I enter on my phone will show up on my computer. If there were a way to sync the two, I would heartily recommend this app.

This is a companion app for the desktop version and perfectly compliments the robust versatility of a cross platform PM and time budgeting software application.

iOS vs OSX

Pagico for the Mac is great. Each (regular) update brings new features and fixes. There's a little bit of a foreign feeling at first in the Mac version but you get used to it for the most part. This version for iOS is very foreign feeling and that never goes away. Feels like this version need a rewrite.

I used all top selling To Do apps on the market. This is a great app for anyone who is interested in focus on tasks across devices. This app is unique with the ability to add attachment and sync with desktop apps. No one does that. It needs little UI improvements here and there. Overall i am impressed. I love the Zapier integration.

I've used different versions of this for a long time. It's always been reliable, easy and useful. The iOS version on my iPad Pro is my favorite, and where I do most of my organizing work. It's easy, an attractive work environment, and makes a cool timeline for your projects. Price for everything is very modest compared to others. This app is so great, fun and easy to use, reliable, unique, beautiful. I have no idea why it doesn't get more attention.
