The clothes here are overpriced for the quality but i’d expect such a big brand to put some time into making the app at-least function. I’ve been trying for an hour to access the app and it’s just leaving me on a loading screen. (not my internet everything else works perfectly fine). I keep receiving an “access denied” error code when just browsing the app. The app also freezes and while scrolling it continues to glitch back which is super annoying. The buttons are laggy clothing is sorted terribly and everything is just overall stressful to use. I’ve never been this fed up with an app it needs some serious improvements.
pacsun is an amazing app for buying good quality clothes and all but omg the app navigation is horrible, why would y'all make the pacsun app the same as the website thats what i was trying to get away from, now the app is so glitchy, delayed and everything another thing is that the favorites don't even work anymore, please make the app the way it use to be then ill put 5 stars.
I love the clothes and products they sell but shopping using the app gives me a headache! It takes forever to load doing anything. App navigation is inconvenient and could be fixed.. I prefer shopping online on a laptop, it’s a bit more smooth that way. Shopping in store is always a hit or miss as they don’t have all the same products online. I wish they’d just neaten things up and make the shopping experience less exhausting.
Even after the new update navigating the app is very difficult and choppy. It feels like it wasn’t very well made and could use a lot of improvements. It randomly logs me out sometimes which is very annoying because i forget my password and have to reset it a lot. Sometimes the buttons don’t work and it’s just very slow. overall not a very good shopping experience.
The app runs slow. I had to delete it because it was making my whole entire phone slow. I love the brand it’s just the bugs are ruining the shopping experience.
Both the website and app are not working properly. I like to favorite some items but it no longer allows me to favorite on the app and website. Also after logging into the website it kicks me out and says “sorry, we got nothin’” which is annoying being that I want to gain my points and keep track of my orders. I can imagine that these technical issues have an affect on their sales rate so it should not be ignored.
I love pacsun but this app is a headache, it constantly crashes, doesn’t show my likes, and super slow. I often have to delete it and redownload just to get it to open, and i constantly have to sign out and sign back in just to see my likes
downloaded the app and it won’t even load in to sign up! no matter how many times i try. i tried deleting it and redownloading it and no change, still doesn’t work. trash. fix ur app
I loved using this app a while ago and for some reason as of late is HORRIBLE! I’ve been logged out multiple times while shopping and my cart is gone… ITS BEYOND SLOW.. glitches terribly… did y’all hire someone new in the IT/tech/app department?! Like cmon.. Simply put… these issues have made me close out the app and shop elsewhere and I’m sure I’m not the only one. You’re losing some customers because of a crappy app.. please fix it!
