POOR customer service. The app is set up so that LITERALLY can purchase a year subscription (pop up?) without looking at your phone. I somehow opened the app and requested a year subscription without even realizing it. I went to unlock my phone via the Home Button, but ended up approving the $100 purchase. I contacted the app developer and they said that I was out of luck, they don’t do refunds. After an hour on the phone to Apple I was able to get a refund....and HOUR. 1. DON’T trust the app developer. They. Do NOT care. All that matters is your money. 2. Never unlock your phone unless you are looking at the screen.
