I absolutely love the game, i would easily give a 5 star rating, the only major set back for me is the fact that the game isn’t optimized for full screen use on the iPhone XR, so it feels like i’ am playing in a screen inside a screen which is quite disappointing considering that its a paid game, you’d typically expect the best value, hope the developers can do something about that.

Crashes on iPadOS 13.2

Crashes on iPadOS 13.2 when my DualShock 4 is paired via Bluetooth. When I power off the controller it works fine. Tried reinstalling to no avail.

iOS 13: Crashes with Xbox/PS4 controller connected.

As the title says, this game crashes immediately if a Bluetooth controller is actively connected to iOS. I’ve been waiting for an update, but I feel Namco is moving on and making another quality version obsolete and unplayable until removing it from the App Store as they did with the original Pac-Man CE (back on iOS 10) and the original (and near arcade perfect) Pac-Man for iOS (replacing it with the poor quality Pac-Man currently available).

I just downloaded the game on my iPad since it was on sale but every time I opened it it just crashes and, literally the app can only stay open for 2 seconds before crashing, disappointing.

Worth every penny

Hello, welcome to my review of Pac Man Championship Edition DX. Without further ado, lets get started. GAMEPLAY This game plays like a nostalgia overload from Pac-Man creators at Bandai Namco. Imagine you are playing PAC Man boards on the arcade cabinet but the boards seem... different. It’s not the original boards (ob). It’s the champ edition. Of course! Well, yay! MUSIC PERFECT 10/10 GRAPHICS NOSTALGIA OVERLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAD! Nostalgia Overload-a game with too much nostalgia in it!!!!!!!!!!!! Nostalgia-fond memories of the past that you have experienced It’s classic, yet modern. It’s nostalgic, yet fresh. It’s... you get the point. PAC man, pac Mania, and all kinds of pac man. STILL Crashes on new ipad with controller

Still instant crash when enabling a game pad. Updated to iOS 12, no change. Save your money Patched 1.0.5 9 May 2018, still crashes with controller. If a controller is connected on 6th gen ipad (2018) it immediately crashes.

Crashes with MiFi Controller

Each time I load up this game it crashes whenever I have a MiFi controller hooked up. The rest of their games don’t support horizontal so it makes them useless. Not worth the money unless you only want bad touch controls.

Love this game, but...

I love this game and have purchased it on every platform. However it is virtually unplayable on iPhone XS Max (probably all Xs). The nearly full inch of empty screen space on each side of the board doesn’t respond to swipes, making it difficult to control. And it seems like swipes up or sideways within the bottom half inch of the entire screen result in the app switcher being invoked. This is sooo painful. Please fix both of these issues!!

Would be nice if you could update this game for the newer devices iphone x/xs/xr take advantage of the full screen. Its a beautiful game on mobile and plays perfectly still just screen has black borders on iphone x and above.
